Cam Walker teaches art at Morgan Academy, Wallace Community College, Montgomery Museum of Fine Art, SAC's Gallery and teaches private classes.  Awards include Best of Category Montgomery Art Guild Regions Bank Show 2001, SAC's Gallery January Show, Four River Show in Selma, Selma Art Guild Juried Summer Show, Paint Alabama, Marion Military Show, Paint the Riverfront Show in Montgomery. She has also had art work accepted into Experimental Artists in Birmingham, Energen Show for Alabama Artists in Birmingham, Art With a Southern Drawl in Mobile and many other shows.  In 2002 she was one of the first inductees into the Regional Arts Museum in Monroeville.  Her work has been published in Montgomery River Region Sketchbook 2005, Selma-Dallas County Arts Council Calendar 2004, SAC's Gallery 20th Anniversary Book 1999.  She was also a demonstrating artist on the Smithsonian Art Train. Oil is her medium of choice. Color, shapes and marks are the focus in her paintings.
